How on earth do I eat way less than my recommended intake and still gain weight?
Obvious answer would be that I must eat more, but im not lying to myself, and im weighing everything before I eat it.
Must be the meds messing up my system then, sigh....

I dont get it. Im not loosing weight so Yestersay I went kinda overboard and had 4 sugary cereal bars and had white rice twice. Maybe the protein really makes that much of a difference for me..
Definately having chicken for lunch again today :D

I really wonder why this is going so slow.
I'm eating all the right things (I think) and my daily calorie intake is well below 1200, its more like 600-800.
I record every single piece of food I eat, and I thought that would reveal where im going wrong when I didnt loose weight before.
I seem to remember that more protein made me loose weight faster.
I will try to get more protein the next few days.

I know I should be eating breakfast but I find it really hard to do sometimes. Also I think the recorded 6 calories for my coffee with milk is wrong, I use more milk than that. maybe I should meassure the milk and then add them seperately to get a more accurate result...
