Yesterday I did some yard work which I enjoyed. It often equals a gym visit. I didn't finish everything outside so I hope to play in the yard some more today. I love spring. I ate at 100% of goal, met all activity goals and my body fat is slightly down. I still feel pretty sore and puffy this morning. I'm going to try to work some of the soreness off on my Total Gym.
