Today is a travel day. I can only support my friends and not make comments. Yesterday I watched the NBA Championship game with the family and we had plenty of treats. I ate "Poorly" again at 130% of goal and met all activity goals. I don't expect to meet activity goals today. I can't way to get back to my home and scales. There's no place like home...
