This morning's weight-in was a surprise. I loss weight. My wife had her High School reunion this weekend. It was a three day event, very well planned and plenty of food was served every day. I ate over goal every day. Yesterday, I was in the eating "Poorly" zone after eating Brunch. I didn't try to resist eating the fried fish which is one of my favorite foods and then didn't pass on dessert all weekend. Lucky for me the reunion ended after Brunch. I was so full and tired by dinner time that I just ate some watermelon after a nap and called it a wrap. Yesterday, I ate "Poorly" at 124% of goal or 2100 calories for the day. I did meet all activity goals...
70,8 kg Indtil videre tabt: 13,1 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 0,5 kg.    Kost fulgt: Dårligt.
