Yesterday was a lift day and that was a good thing because today is Thanksgivings Day. Amazingly, I'm ready. My weight is under my set goal weight so I can enjoy eating at leisure. We have family in from out of town and are looking forward to a wonderful day of giving thanks. Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .2%
