I had a fantastic Thanksgivings!!! I ate lightly early in the day to save some extra calories for later. I enjoyed the Thanksgivings dinner without restraint. I ate proudly ate "Poorly" at 116% of goal but I'm a little disappointed that I didn't meet my protein goal. I did hit all activity goals. BF up .6% I'm still in the Blue zone the day after Thanksgivings Day!!!
