Yesterday was my heaviest weight since I started tracking my body fat and it was within my desired range. Today I'm increasing my calorie goal. At my current calorie goal I continue to loose weight. Yesterday I ate 111% of my old calorie goal which I normally would label as "Poorly" instead of "Reasonably Well" like today. I met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down .2%
70,8 kg Indtil videre tabt: 13,2 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 0,5 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

I agree body fat is where my focus is right now. IMO, it's the next level of maintenance.
