Some days I just don't get it. Yesterday my nutrition was off. I had to get some fasting blood work done so I got a late start eating. As a result I didn't eat many calories before my cut off time. I ate way under goal, missed my protein goal but I did meet all activity goals. BF up 0.3% and is out of range. Go figure??? Lift Day!!!
