It's a holiday weekend and my mouth is feeling a little better. Yesterday I ate mostly soft foods but ended the day treating us to some gourmet ice cream served in waffle cones. Yes, they were on sale and a one day special. I ate "Poorly" at 113% of goal, barely exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. Too my surprise BF down 0.1%... This is the first week of using my new scale. The manufacturer claims it's has a higher degree of accuracy. It's also Bluetooth and syncs with my Fitbit account. From there, I enter my numbers into FS manually. I'm hoping for higher accountability. Happy Labor Day Weekend Everyone!!!
