Thanks Steven, Bill, Diablo and Jim!!! @ Diablo, I was keeping my body fat below 20% until this summer when I started eating more trying to gain muscle. My doctor recommended that I keep my body fat in the low 20's because I am a senior but I don't like that look and I feel great. I'm currently carrying around 20.5 to 21 percent body fat down from 22 percent. My current goal is to get my body fat back below 20% while holding on to as much weight as possible...
