Yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday. We enjoyed the game and the Chief's victory. We didn't eat a traditional lunch or dinner. Instead we chose to snack on a variety of treats. As a result, I ate "Poorly" at 150% of goal. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged. Today I reduced my maintenance set weight... Lift Day!!!
