The LORD our GOD has been so good to us. Today we celebrate 44 years of marriage. I love and appreciate my Wife more today than ever before. We have shared a wonderful life together. Not everyone is blessed to marry their high school sweetheart. Then we were blessed many more times and were able to start a family, raise two lovely Daughters who are both good people and now we are witnessing our little Grandchildren developing and growing...
GOD is worthy to be praised, HALLELUJAH!!!

On a side note, Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals!!! BF down 0.1%
