I forgot to log yesterday. Yesterday morning I had a good sized drop in weight and it went lower than I prefer. I also loss some body fat which I welcomed but not the weight loss. Yesterday we went out for fried fish for dinner. I ate barely under goal due to my love of hush puppies, exceeded my protein goal and all activity goals. 749 kcal deficit // BF↑0.3% // Sleep Goal met

Today is going to be a rest day. I'm replacing my old 2008 Dell Core 2 computer with my new Dell 2021 Core i7 computer. I have tons of files to move and I need to log into many of the websites I visit frequently.
