All is good .... 819 kcal deficit = .24 of a pound lost. Good for you. Did the same in my life - worked hard physically - my entire life and then later gained desk job - Administration - and ate the same - and then blew up like a balloon. Learning about food and CI and CO and new exercise requirements - is like learning a new skill set for a new part of your life. All is good.
