I'm still on the mend. My eating has been horrible the last few days and my nutrition has been off. I have been getting plenty of rest trying to recover. I also need to increase my water intake today. Yesterday I ate way under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 868 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // missed Sleep Goal
