Thanks but it's not amazing to me. My goal is 160# and I'm having a time getting there. The last few pounds seem the hardest. In my reality, its always been a few steps forward and hopefully a few less steps back all along the way. I'm not discourage and I do appreciate your comments but I'm not there yet. It would be amazing if I could get rid of my pot belly. I have gone from a 38" waist to a pot belly 34" waist. I have been putting in some ab work trying to get a flat belly 34" waist. But THANKS!!!
