Well, I guess I'll just ride the weight roller coaster. My weight shot up a few days ago and has now has dropped just as quickly. I did get a few extra steps in yesterday and stayed on track with my eating the last couple of days...

It happens. Weight is a funny thing. that's why I try not to focus on the scale as much as I focus on measurements. I can gain and lose 1.5-2 pounds easily in a day between eating and emptying out. 😏😏
