Last night we attended a free dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The menu was predetermined by the host. He was long winded and I had too many samples of the bread and butter on the table. I ducked the temptation of the garlic mashed potatoes and had just a taste but I fell victim to the cream spinach. The steak was fantastic but dessert took me over the top.
I have a slight gain today that pushed me back out the Blue but barely. I have to admit that it's not a huge setback. It does reinforce the need to get lower that my goal weight. I need to have a little wiggle room if I want to stay in the Blue...
