I hadn't even thought about this being Super Bowl weekend John, thanks for the reminder of it. I need to figure out my game plan, I really don't want to back track either. Might consider doing some kind of fast or low calorie day on Saturday but that might also be difficult due to a function I'm obligated to. Anyway nice drop. Even if the weekend results in a gain we know it's just a temporary thing.
