Thanks everyone. It's challenging. Yeah, I did reduce my goal weight but by only 2.5 pounds. At that time I was a little under 152.5 pounds. I also increased my intake by 200 calories. Now when I have a poor day it really hurts. By weighting everyday, I'm able to spot trends. Right now I'm trending the wrong way, so I gotta go to work...
