I hit the gym I'm currently checking out yesterday. I had a pretty good workout. The staff wasn't there to take up my workout time with their membership sales pitch. I just went in and did what I needed to do. The cost of this gym is a little too expensive for their facilities. It's a small to mid-sized gym. The place is very clean and they do have exceptional equipment. I noticed that that have quite a few geriatric patrons. I blended in well there and felt comfortable. This week I hope to check out another gym.
I lost some water yesterday and don't think I have replaced it all yet. I thinking that it is the reason I have a lost this morning. Today, I plan to refuel and stretch away some stiffness...
