I have given myself 90 days (92 to be exact) to lose 9kg (18lb). I took a few measurements: Waist 77cm (31in), Hips 104cm (41in). My caloric intake restriction is 1,400 kcal/day. This is to cut down multiple meals and bad food choices. Also, I will do 3 days of high impact workout like doing laps around my block and some strength training (videos from youtube), take 1 day rest to do yoga (youtube again)and start the cycle again. Of course the number of laps I do will increase until I can complete 5k run in good time. The thing is I want it to be my lifestyle so I want to do this without a gym membership (which has time restrictions) and save money.
67,1 kg Indtil videre tabt: 0 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 12,7 kg.    Kost fulgt: Ikke Relevant.

Sounds like my regimen! I am too cheap to join a gym, so I walk 3 miles every other day and then alternate a strength training dvd with a "Yoga for weight loss" dvd. My stated RDI is 1600, but I average 1350. We can do this!
